Whisper Message
A whisper message is one you can hear but the caller cannot hear. There are several types of messages indicating the average length of each individual call. it will say "Less than 10 minutes, less than 20 minutes, etc.

You must be pleasant and give out a stage name or your real one and your extension number each time. Asking the name and date of birth moves the call forward and does not waste time.
(NAME), why don’t you get a pen and paper to copy down my call back number in case we’re disconnected? Its [1-900-288-0956 OR 1-800-457-9213 depending upon the system the customer is calling in on] and my extension is ___. This is my direct number with the network and you can reach me anytime by calling it.
You must give your call back number and extension again within the first 2 minutes. Please ask them to have pen and paper handy. During the call tell them to write important parts of the reading down.
